Market For The Blind uses a passwordless login system. You enter your registered email address and a secure login link is sent to that address. Clicking the link logs you in. The link expires after 15 minutes.
Work through these steps before contacting staff:
1. Are you using the right email address?
You must use the exact address you entered when you applied. If you have multiple addresses, try each one.
2. Check your spam or junk folder.
Login emails come from noreply@marketfortheblind.com. Mark as not-spam if you find it there.
3. Did the link expire?
Links expire after 15 minutes.
Return to the login page and request a new one.
4. Is your account approved?
Only approved accounts can log in.
You will receive an email when a decision is made on your application.
5. Was your account rejected or suspended?
If so, login links will not work. Check your email for any notification from staff.
If you have tried all of the above, contact staff and include the email address you used to register.
